Takata recall, the seat belt is getting stocked and tight during driving also doesn't recline when taking it off still hanging, the fuel evaporates from the fuel tank and doesn't give any mileage as described when driving feel every little thing on the road including small rocks.

I bought the car new in puerto rico. After hurricane maria i moved to florida. I tried to get my car service for two recalls here in florida. They tried to get in contact with puerto rico in order to get paid for the repairs. I also called them and they told me to write them a letter asking to register the car here. They have not answer any of my four request. What can we do?

Recently we could not undo the seatbelt that our 6 year old grandson was strapped in. The more tried to extend it to release the tension the tighter it became. My grandson was being crushed and was screaming. The vehicle was not running and was parked in the driveway.
