My wife has had a bad back for many years and requires a cushion to ease the back pain while riding in the passenger seat. By doing that the air bag on the passenger sit will not activate. This has created a real problem for people with a disability. I've reached out to hyundai to have the passenger air bag active continuously but they have refused.
